Esta herramienta computacional es un complemento id\u00f3neo a la parte experimental, con diversas aplicaciones para ser utilizada tales como el refinamiento de modelos estructurales, c\u00e1lculos de par\u00e1metros energ\u00e9ticos de uni\u00f3n (prote\u00edna-ligando), estudio de plegamiento de prote\u00ednas, mecanismos de cat\u00e1lisis enzim\u00e1tica entre los m\u00e1s importantes. Las Simulaciones de Din\u00e1mica Molecular sea han visto beneficiadas del avance tecnol\u00f3gico de los sistemas inform\u00e1ticos, tanto a nivel hardware como a nivel software. Lo anterior, ha permitido tener una gran oferta de software y disminuir el tiempo de c\u00f3mputo. Mide la distancia promedio entre un grupo de \u00e1tomos. Uno de los an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s oportunos es identificar a los amino\u00e1cidos que interaccionan con los ligandos en funci\u00f3n del tiempo.
