En el laboratorio estamos interesados en ver la expresión de genes que participan en el metabolismo energético de una gammaproteobacteria como Vibrio cholerae en diversas condiciones de crecimiento. Y por otra parte estudiar la toxicidad de algunos de estos genes al transformarlos en otra gammaproteobacteria como Escherichia coli.

  • Caracterización bioquímica, funcional y estructural de una piruvato cinasa independiente de potasio de Vibrio cholerae.
  • Análisis de la expresión diferencial de las tres piruvato cinasas presentes en Vibrio cholerae.
